Our owner, Neidy Morales-Ramirez, first opened the doors to Bird of Paradise Bilingual Childcare in September 2019. Neidy’s journey began when she first started working in a Montessori School in 2009. She was inspired to open Bird of Paradise Bilingual Childcare and continue to draw from the Montessori Educational Theory in her program. The Montessori Method of education observes that children learn best within a social environment that supports personal growth. Neidy believes “Every child is unique and capable of achieving great things. Children are full of curiosity and creativity and must be encouraged to explore in order to learn.”
