Ms Neidy is by far the best caregiver we have found for our son. She is not just sweet but super committed to the kids. She plans a lot of different activities through the year that allow not just the kids but the parents to interact. She goes above and beyond for those kids, you can tell how she really cares and loves what she does.
My son looks forward to go to colegio and see his amigos and Ms Neidy every day. He has learned a lot of things and gained a lot of independence.
Honestly we couldn’t be happier with her. We love hearing all the stories of what they did during the day.

Ms. Neidy has such a wonderful space for the kids to learn and explore. I have had both kids there for 4 months now. Molly started when she was 9 months and Levi when he was 2.5 y/o. Everyday when I drop off Molly she has the biggest smile on her face when she she's Ms. Neidy. As a mom of an infant, there is a lot of comfort in that. You can tell Ms. Neidy sees each one of her students as one of her own kids.
While my son barely gives me a recap of what he had for lunch, I know he enjoys going to school equally as much as Molly. He is all to eager to close the door behind me as I leave saying "See ya."
Also, Ms. Neidy plans lots of developmentally appropriate and practical activities for the kids: decorating the Christmas tree, picking veggies in the summer, arts & crafts. She also goes the extra mile to decorate for holidays, make fun crafts, plan field trips, holiday-themed lunches, and even gave the families kids a Christmas gift. It's those extra touches that make BOP Bilingual Childcare such a wonderful place.

She goes above and beyond to create special experiences for the kids whether it's cooking in the kitchen, music class, watching a caterpillar become a butterfly, or water play in her yard. This is such a lovely group of children, it's great to know that my kids are playing, sharing, and learning together with friends.

Our son Lucas (3 years old) has been going to Bird of Paradise since July and we love it! Ms. Neidy is such a great teacher and in just a few months Lucas has learned so much! He can count in Spanish, knows his colors in Spanish, has learned to cut in a straight line and she is always working on different crafts with them. He truly enjoys going to daycare everyday and we are so happy we found her!

My son has been attending Bird of Paradise since the doors opened and I can’t even be happier with my decision to place him there. As a mom of a premie who was hospitalized for over 3 months, Mrs. Neidy made me feel beyond comfortable in leaving him there. She is a fantastic childcare provider who is attentive, caring, compassionate, and a wonderful teacher. My son has learned several things in both English and Spanish. I love receiving pictures and videos of my son learning new skills and being silly. As a mother of 3 who has had kids in various childcare settings I have to admit that Mrs. Neidy goes above and beyond with her communication (reminders of supplies needed, milestones achieved, behavioral changes, accident reports, and suggestions to best support his learning and socialization). On several occasions, we have collaborated on plans to help achieve my son's goals (example-potty training). Other than learning, Mrs. Neidy also makes it a priority for the kids to have fun while in her care such as; Halloween parade, Thanksgiving dinner, water play activities, nice walks, and bubble parties to name a few. My son truly loves her and constantly asks for Mrs. Neidy and his friends regularly when he is not at daycare (even the weekends). It’s always feels good to know that your child is being treated well and It’s very clear he loves it there. Thank you Mrs. Neidy for being so great!!

It’s been a wonderful experience having my toddler at Bird of Paradise. My LO switches back and forth between Spanish and English with ease. She was potty trained within a couple of weeks, and attribute a lot of that to Neidy’s help and encouragement. The daycare is professional, well-kept, with all sorts of educational/play stations and a fantastic outdoor play area. We started LO as soon as she turned 2 and plan to keep her there for the long run!

She is gifted in knowing both English and Spanish and is well-versed in both languages. She is kind, patient and diligent in the way she treats children and teaches them. We were so grateful to find Ms Neidy! She is a fantastic childcare provider! Our son started at her daycare when he was experiencing a lot of stranger anxiety (12 months old) and he did GREAT! She took time to get to know him before his first day which really helped to get things off to a good start. He settled in really easily (no tears!) and was always very happy to go to her each morning. Ms Neidy was so nice and took excellent care of him. The environment is also so bright and cheerful and has lots of great books and toys for kids. I felt really good about my son being there. Ms Neidy is so kind and genuinely cares about each child (and family!). Can't say enough great things!!

We are so grateful to Ms. Neidy for her wonderful care of our 3 and 4 year old boys. She provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where our kids can play, grow, and learn. Being in a bilingual environment was important to us. The hours work well for our family and we found Ms. Neidy to be very responsive to communication. Our youngest son who normally has difficulty adjusting to new environments and people, had no trouble when he started at Bird of Paradise - which just speaks to Ms. Neidy's warm and kind character. Highly recommend!
